Effective Date: 01 February 2026
Applicable To: All clients, partners, licensees, resellers and authorised shared-service operators using Fludnox domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS or domain-management services.
This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) governs domain name registration and related services supplied by The Xdemór Group Limited under the Fludnox brand.
In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to the business, organisation or professional ordering or using the Services and any person authorised to act on its behalf. “Fludnox”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to The Xdemór Group Limited acting under the Fludnox brand. “Domain Name” means a domain name submitted for registration, renewal, transfer or management through the Services. “Registrant” means the person or legal entity recorded, or intended to be recorded, as the holder of the registration rights in a Domain Name. “Registrar” means the accredited or otherwise authorised provider through which a Domain Name is registered. “Registry” means the organisation responsible for operating the applicable top-level domain. “Services” means the applicable Fludnox domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS and management services.
1. Application of this Agreement #
1.1 Contractual Status #
This Agreement forms part of the contractual framework governing the Services and applies together with the Shared Services Terms of Service, the Shared Services Privacy Policy, the Shared Services Data Processing Agreement where applicable, the Fludnox Hosting and Infrastructure Policy, the applicable Order Form or Individual Agreement and any registry, registrar or dispute-resolution rules that apply directly to the Domain Name.
Where an Individual Agreement or Order Form expressly provides different commercial or operational terms, that document prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Mandatory law and any binding Registry or Registrar rule applicable to the Domain Name shall prevail where it cannot lawfully or contractually be displaced.
1.2 Acceptance #
You accept this Agreement when You submit a Domain Name order, request registration, renewal or transfer, pay the applicable fee, approve a Domain Name instruction or continue using a Domain Name management Service.
A person acting for a Registrant represents that they have authority to provide registration instructions, accept applicable terms, submit registration data and manage the Domain Name on behalf of that Registrant.
1.3 Business Use #
The Services are provided under this Agreement for business and professional use. They are not offered under this Agreement for personal, family or household purposes.
2. Role of Fludnox #
2.1 Domain Registration Intermediary #
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fludnox acts as a reseller, registration service provider, billing intermediary or technical administrator between You and the applicable Registrar or Registry.
Fludnox is not an ICANN-accredited Registrar and does not operate the relevant Registry merely because it accepts an order, collects payment, submits registration data or provides domain-management support.

A Registrant enters into a registration relationship with the applicable Registrar and, for certain namespaces, directly with the Registry.
2.2 Registrar and Registry Authority #
Registration, renewal, transfer, suspension, restoration, deletion and disclosure decisions may be carried out by the Registrar or Registry under their applicable rules.
Fludnox cannot guarantee that a Registrar or Registry will accept any instruction, approve any registration, maintain any registration status, reverse any suspension, restore an expired Domain Name or permit any transfer.
2.3 No Transfer of Registry Authority #
Access to a Fludnox dashboard or control panel does not make Fludnox the Registry, Registrar or Registrant and does not transfer ownership or control of Registry systems, registration databases or technical protocols.
3. Applicable Registry and Registrar Terms #
3.1 General Requirement #
Your registration and use of a Domain Name are subject to the terms, policies, technical requirements, eligibility rules and dispute procedures imposed by the applicable Registrar, Registry and domain namespace.
Where a third-party term is intended to bind You directly, it will be identified during the order process, in the applicable Service description, Order Form, registration notice or other written communication.
Fludnox will not incorporate unrelated third-party commercial terms solely because a third party is used in the supply chain.
3.2 Generic Top-Level Domains #
Registrations in generic top-level domains governed by ICANN may be subject to ICANN Consensus Policies, including the Registration Data Policy, Transfer Policy, Expired Registration Recovery Policy and Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy.

These policies regulate matters including registration data, transfers, expiration recovery and domain disputes for affected generic top-level domains.
3.3 United Kingdom Domain Names #
Registration of a .uk Domain Name creates a separate registration contract between the Registrant and Nominet UK, subject to Nominet’s current Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration and applicable Registry policies.

Nominet requires its registration terms to be made available to prospective .uk Registrants before registration.
3.4 Other Country-Code and Restricted Domains #
A country-code, sponsored, community, professional, geographic or otherwise restricted Domain Name may be subject to additional presence, eligibility, licensing, local-agent, trade mark, residency, sector or documentation requirements.
You are responsible for satisfying and continuing to satisfy those requirements. Fludnox may request evidence before or after registration and may suspend the order or affected Service while verification is pending.
4. Domain Name Orders #
4.1 Availability Searches #
A search result indicating that a Domain Name appears available is not a guarantee that it can be registered.
Availability may change before the Registry confirms registration. A Domain Name may also be reserved, restricted, premium-priced, blocked, subject to eligibility requirements or unavailable because of a Registry, Registrar or technical rule not shown in the initial search.
4.2 Completion of Registration #
A Domain Name is registered only when the applicable Registry or Registrar confirms successful registration.
Payment, submission of an order, issuance of an invoice or display of a pending order does not establish registration rights.
If registration cannot be completed, Fludnox may cancel the order and refund the registration fee actually paid for the unsuccessful registration. Fludnox is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of anticipated business, branding costs or reliance placed on an unconfirmed registration, subject to applicable law and the Shared Services Terms of Service.
4.3 Premium and Variable-Priced Domains #
Some Domain Names are subject to premium registration, renewal, transfer or restoration charges determined by the Registry or Registrar.
A premium renewal price may differ materially from the initial registration price. Where a premium or revised price is known before an order is completed, it will be displayed or otherwise communicated to You.
4.4 Registration Term #
A Domain Name is registered for the period confirmed in the applicable order. Registration does not continue indefinitely and must be renewed before expiry if You wish to retain it.
A registration period may be limited by the Registry or Registrar and may not exceed the maximum period permitted for the relevant namespace.
5. Registrant Status and Authority #
5.1 Identification of the Registrant #
The person or entity intended to hold the registration rights must be identified as the Registrant.
Fludnox should not be entered as the Registrant merely because it supplies hosting, administration, DNS, billing or technical support, unless a separate written arrangement expressly requires Fludnox to hold the Domain Name in a disclosed nominee or custodial capacity.
5.2 Registration for Another Person #
Where You register or manage a Domain Name for another person or organisation, You represent that:
You have authority to act for the Registrant; the Registrant has been informed of the applicable registration terms; the Registrant has authorised the registration and use of its information; and the Registrant accepts responsibility for the Domain Name.
Fludnox may require direct confirmation from the Registrant before completing a transfer, change of Registrant, disclosure, cancellation or other material instruction.
5.3 No Ownership Guarantee #
Domain registration grants contractual registration rights for a limited period, subject to continued payment and compliance with applicable rules. It does not create ownership of the Registry, top-level domain, technical infrastructure or any absolute property right immune from suspension, transfer, cancellation or legal challenge.
5.4 Conflicting Instructions #
Where Fludnox receives conflicting instructions concerning a Domain Name, it may suspend non-essential changes and require evidence of identity, authority, contractual rights, corporate control or ownership before acting.
Fludnox is not required to determine complex ownership, shareholder, employment, partnership, agency or intellectual-property disputes. It may require the parties to obtain a court order, Registry decision, recognised dispute-resolution decision or written settlement.
6. Registration Data #
6.1 Accurate Information #
You must provide accurate, complete and reliable registration information, including the Registrant’s legal name, postal address, email address, telephone number and any other information required by the Registrar or Registry.
You must correct and update registration data within seven days after any change and respond to a reasonable data-verification enquiry within fifteen days, or within any shorter period required by the applicable Registry, Registrar or urgent security circumstances.
For affected generic top-level domains, inaccurate data or failure to respond to accuracy enquiries may result in suspension or cancellation.
6.2 Verification #
Fludnox, the Registrar or the Registry may verify registration data, identity, contact information, business status, eligibility or authority.
You must complete any required email, telephone, document, identity or account verification within the stated period. A Domain Name may be suspended, withheld, cancelled or prevented from resolving where required verification is not completed.
6.3 Registrant Contact Details #
You must maintain an email address and other contact information that remain accessible independently of the Domain Name being registered.
You must not rely exclusively on an email address hosted under the affected Domain Name for renewal, transfer, verification or security notices, because expiry or suspension may make that address unavailable.
6.4 Registration Data Reminders #
Where applicable, periodic registration-data reminders may be sent by Fludnox, the Registrar or the Registry. You must review the information and submit any required correction.

The updated ICANN reminder policy requires contracted parties to implement periodic registration-data reminder processes for affected registrations.
7. Privacy, Proxy Services and Registration Data Disclosure #
7.1 Processing of Registration Data #
Registration data may be processed by Fludnox, the Registrar, the Registry, technical service providers, escrow providers and dispute-resolution providers for registration, administration, security, legal compliance, dispute handling and other purposes permitted by applicable law and policy.
The Registrar or Registry may act as an independent Controller for processing that it determines under its own legal and regulatory obligations.
7.2 Registrar as Independent Controller #
Where Cloudflare Registrar is used, Cloudflare acts as an independent Controller for personal data that it collects and processes to provide domain registration services and to comply with applicable ICANN, Registry, verification, security, disclosure and domain-administration requirements.
That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s Registrar Terms, Privacy Policy and the applicable Registry and ICANN requirements. It is separate from any processing carried out by Cloudflare as a Subprocessor for content delivery, DNS proxy, security, caching or other edge services.
Fludnox does not determine the purposes and means of Cloudflare Registrar’s independent processing and does not accept responsibility for requests or decisions that fall within Cloudflare’s Registrar obligations. Privacy or registration-data requests relating to that processing may need to be submitted directly to Cloudflare.
Cloudflare expressly states that it is a data controller for personal information collected through its registrar service and that registrant data is processed for registration and ICANN or Registry requirements.
7.3 Public Registration Data #
Some registration data may be made publicly available through RDAP, Registry lookup services or other registration-data services. Other data may be redacted or withheld under applicable data-protection law and registration policy.

Not all registration data is publicly returned because publication is subject to applicable law and ICANN policy.
7.4 Privacy and Proxy Services #
Where a privacy or proxy service is offered, its availability is subject to the applicable Registrar, Registry and namespace rules.
A privacy or proxy service does not guarantee anonymity and does not prevent lawful disclosure, verification, dispute proceedings, suspension or enforcement.
Fludnox may withdraw or refuse a privacy or proxy service where required by law, Registry or Registrar policy, a dispute procedure, abuse investigation or the terms governing the service.
7.5 Disclosure Requests #
Registration data may be disclosed where required or permitted by law, court order, regulatory requirement, Registry or Registrar policy, recognised dispute-resolution procedure, security investigation or a properly supported request for the enforcement of legal rights.

Nominet may disclose non-public registration data where a requester demonstrates a legitimate reason, including enforcement of legal rights or participation in its Dispute Resolution Service.
7.6 Privacy Requests #
Requests concerning personal data processed directly by The Xdemór Group Limited may be submitted to privacy@xdemor.com.
Requests for data controlled by a Registrar or Registry may need to be submitted directly to that organisation under its own privacy process.
8. Domain Name Use #
8.1 Legal Rights and Lawful Purpose #
You represent that, to the best of Your knowledge, the registration and use of the Domain Name do not infringe the legal rights of another person, are not undertaken for an unlawful purpose and will not be used in violation of applicable law.
8.2 Intellectual Property #
You are responsible for checking whether a proposed Domain Name conflicts with trade marks, company names, business names, personal names, protected geographic terms or other third-party rights.
Successful registration does not mean that Fludnox, the Registrar or the Registry has approved Your legal right to use the Domain Name.
8.3 Prohibited Use #
A Domain Name must not be used for phishing, malware, fraud, credential theft, unlawful impersonation, spam, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful surveillance or any activity prohibited by the Fludnox Hosting Acceptable Use Policy.
A Domain Name may be suspended, locked, redirected or cancelled where required by law, applicable policy, a competent authority, the Registrar, the Registry or a binding dispute decision.
9. DNS and Nameserver Management #
9.1 DNS Services #
Domain registration does not include DNS hosting, nameserver management, email, website hosting, DNSSEC or other technical services unless expressly included in the applicable order.
9.2 Client-Managed DNS #
Where You manage DNS, You are responsible for the accuracy, security and continued operation of Your records, nameservers, DNSSEC keys and related configurations.
Incorrect DNS settings may make a website, email service or other application unavailable without affecting the validity of the Domain Name registration.
9.3 Fludnox-Managed DNS #
Where Fludnox manages DNS, changes will be made in response to instructions issued through an authorised account or contact, except where immediate action is reasonably required to address abuse, compromise, legal requirements or infrastructure risk.
Fludnox may require additional verification before changing nameservers, mail records, DNSSEC settings or other security-sensitive records.
9.4 DNS Propagation #
DNS changes are subject to caching, time-to-live values, Registry processing, resolver behaviour and third-party network operation. Fludnox does not guarantee immediate propagation or simultaneous visibility in all locations.
10. Renewal and Automatic Renewal #
10.1 Renewal Responsibility #
You are responsible for ensuring that every Domain Name You wish to retain is renewed before expiry and that Your contact and payment information remain current.
Fludnox may send renewal notices and may relay notices received from the Registrar or Registry. Failure to receive a notice does not extend the registration period or transfer renewal responsibility to Fludnox.
Where mandatory renewal-notice requirements apply, notices will be issued or relayed in accordance with the applicable policy.
10.2 Renewal Charges #
Renewal is subject to the price in effect when the renewal is processed. Registry, Registrar, currency, tax and supplier changes may result in a renewal price different from the original registration price.
Fludnox may require full payment in cleared funds before submitting a renewal instruction.
10.3 Automatic Renewal #
Where automatic renewal is enabled, You authorise Fludnox to attempt renewal and collect the applicable charge using the payment method or account balance available at that time.
Automatic renewal does not guarantee successful renewal. It may fail because of declined payment, insufficient balance, expired payment credentials, account restrictions, eligibility requirements, verification issues, technical failure or Registry or Registrar restrictions.
You must monitor the renewal status and correct any failure before expiry.
10.4 Disabling Automatic Renewal #
Disabling automatic renewal instructs Fludnox not to initiate the ordinary automatic renewal process. It does not immediately cancel the existing registration or entitle You to a refund for the remaining registration period.
11. Expiry, Suspension and Recovery #
11.1 Consequences of Expiry #
When a Domain Name expires, its website, email, DNS or other connected services may stop operating. The Registrar or Registry may change nameservers, display an expiry page, suspend resolution, place the Domain Name into a grace or redemption period or prepare it for deletion.
11.2 Grace and Redemption Periods #
Renewal grace periods, redemption periods and deletion timelines vary by namespace, Registrar and Registry.
A grace or redemption period is available only where provided by applicable policy. Fludnox does not guarantee that every Domain Name can be renewed or restored after expiry.

The policy establishes minimum renewal communications and recovery arrangements in prescribed circumstances.
11.3 Restoration Fees #
Restoration during a redemption or recovery period may require payment of a fee materially higher than the standard renewal fee.
Payment of a restoration fee does not guarantee recovery. Restoration remains subject to the Domain Name’s current status and acceptance by the Registrar and Registry.
11.4 Deletion and Re-registration #
After applicable expiry, grace, redemption and deletion periods end, the Domain Name may be deleted and become available for registration by another person.
Fludnox has no obligation or technical ability to recover a Domain Name after it has been registered by another party.
11.5 United Kingdom Expiry Process #
.uk Domain Names are subject to the expiry, suspension and cancellation process established by Nominet.

Nominet’s current process includes post-expiry operational, suspension and cancellation stages, but the applicable rules may change and the current Registry position controls.
12. Transfers #
12.1 Transfer to Fludnox #
A transfer to a Registrar administered through Fludnox may require an authorisation code, removal of a transfer lock, verification of the Registrant or transfer contact, payment and approval under the applicable transfer policy.
Submission of a transfer request does not guarantee completion.
12.2 Transfer Away #
Subject to applicable Registry and Registrar rules, You may request transfer of a Domain Name to another provider.
You must complete any required verification, unlock the Domain Name where permitted and provide accurate transfer information.

The policy permits transfers between Registrars subject to specified grounds for denial and applicable transfer locks.
12.3 Transfer Restrictions #
A transfer may be refused, delayed or locked where permitted or required because of:
a recent registration or transfer; a recent change of Registrant; a dispute; a court order; suspected fraud; identity or authority concerns; an active Registry or Registrar lock; non-payment of an applicable registration period; an incomplete authorisation process; or another restriction under the relevant policy.
Any transfer restriction imposed by Fludnox must be consistent with the rights available under the applicable Registry or Registrar rules.
12.4 Unpaid Charges #
Fludnox may withhold optional administrative assistance or decline to fund a renewal, restoration or transfer involving unpaid Domain Name-specific charges.
Fludnox will not assert beneficial ownership of a Domain Name or permanently prevent a transfer solely because unrelated hosting, design or marketing charges are disputed, except where a court order, contractual security right or applicable mandatory rule lawfully permits otherwise.
12.5 Transfer Authorisation Codes #
Transfer authorisation codes, account credentials and Registry security details are confidential.
Fludnox may require identity and authority verification before releasing or changing them. You must protect any code after release and report suspected compromise immediately.
13. Change of Registrant #
13.1 Required Authority #
A change of Registrant, legal holder, organisation name or material ownership data requires clear authorisation from the existing Registrant and any verification required by the Registrar or Registry.
Fludnox may require corporate records, identity documents, signed authority, transaction evidence or other information reasonably necessary to verify the change.
13.2 Transfer Locks #
A change of Registrant may trigger a temporary transfer lock under the applicable transfer policy.
For affected generic top-level domains, a Registrar may impose a transfer restriction following a qualifying change of Registrant, subject to the current ICANN Transfer Policy and any permitted opt-out process.
13.3 Corporate and Ownership Changes #
A change in shareholder, director, employee, contractor, agency or account administrator does not automatically change the legal Registrant.
Where a business is sold, reorganised, dissolved, renamed or transferred, You must ensure that the registration data and legal authority are properly updated through the applicable process.
14. Domain Disputes #
14.1 General #
You agree to participate in and be bound by any dispute-resolution procedure applicable to the Domain Name.
Fludnox may lock, restrict or preserve the Domain Name and relevant records when notified of a recognised dispute, court proceeding or Registry or Registrar requirement.
14.2 UDRP #
Affected generic top-level Domain Names are subject to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy.

All ICANN-accredited Registrars must follow the UDRP for affected registrations.
14.3 Uniform Rapid Suspension #
Certain new generic top-level domains may also be subject to the Uniform Rapid Suspension system.

14.4 Nominet Dispute Resolution Service #
.uk Domain Names are subject to Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service Policy and Procedure.

The DRS provides a specialised process for disputes concerning the registration or use of .uk Domain Names.
14.5 Implementation of Decisions #
Fludnox may implement or facilitate any transfer, suspension, cancellation, lock or other action required by a binding court order, Registry instruction, Registrar instruction or recognised dispute-resolution decision.
Fludnox is not required to appeal or challenge a decision on Your behalf.
15. Suspension, Lock and Cancellation #
15.1 Grounds for Action #
A Domain Name may be suspended, locked, redirected, prevented from resolving, transferred or cancelled where reasonably required because of:
inaccurate or unverified registration data; non-payment; expiry; fraud; abuse; compromise; unlawful use; infringement; a dispute; breach of applicable terms; a Registry or Registrar instruction; a court order; a regulatory requirement; or a material risk to infrastructure, users or third parties.
15.2 Immediate Action #
Fludnox may act or request immediate action without prior notice where delay would materially increase the risk of phishing, malware, fraud, credential theft, personal harm, infrastructure abuse, regulatory breach or loss of the Domain Name.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Fludnox will notify You of the action and any available remediation process.
15.3 Registry and Registrar Action #
A Registry or Registrar may take action independently of Fludnox. Fludnox is not responsible for reversing or compensating for such action unless it resulted directly from Fludnox’s breach of its own contractual obligations.
15.4 No Acquisition by Fludnox #
Suspension or termination of hosting, DNS or another Service does not transfer the Domain Name to Fludnox.
Fludnox will not change itself to the Registrant or take beneficial control of a Client Domain Name solely because another Service has been suspended or terminated.
16. Resellers and Shared-Service Operators #
16.1 Downstream Registrants #
Where You provide Domain Name Services to a downstream client, the actual holder of the registration rights must be correctly identified as the Registrant.
You must not list Yourself, Fludnox or an employee as the Registrant merely for administrative convenience unless the actual client has expressly authorised a disclosed agency or custodial arrangement.
16.2 Downstream Terms #
You must make each downstream Registrant aware of:
the applicable registration agreement; renewal and expiry rules; prices and ongoing charges; relevant Registry terms; registration-data requirements; dispute procedures; and the consequences of failing to renew or maintain accurate information.
16.3 Responsibility #
You remain responsible for downstream instructions submitted through Your account and for verifying that the person issuing an instruction has authority to act for the Registrant.
16.4 Direct Communication #
Fludnox may communicate directly with a Registrant where reasonably necessary to verify authority, prevent loss of a Domain Name, meet a Registry or Registrar requirement, address abuse, comply with law or resolve conflicting instructions.
Direct communication does not create a separate commercial service agreement between Fludnox and the downstream Registrant.
17. Charges and Refunds #
17.1 Payment #
Registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, premium-name, privacy, DNS and other Domain Name charges must be paid in accordance with the applicable Order Form, price notice and Shared Services Terms of Service.
Fludnox may require advance payment before submitting any instruction that creates a charge with a Registrar or Registry.
17.2 Non-Refundable Transactions #
Domain Name charges are non-refundable once the relevant registration, renewal, transfer, restoration or other Registry transaction has been successfully submitted or completed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
An incorrect spelling, incorrect Domain Name, change of mind, unused registration or later finding of a conflicting right does not create a right to a refund after successful registration.
17.3 Failed Transactions #
Where a paid transaction is not completed and no non-refundable Registry or Registrar charge has been incurred, Fludnox may refund or credit the amount attributable to the failed transaction.
17.4 Taxes and External Charges #
You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, payment-processing costs, Registry surcharges, premium fees and restoration charges identified in the applicable order.
18. Liability #
Liability arising from Domain Name Services is governed by the Shared Services Terms of Service and any applicable Individual Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fludnox is not responsible for loss caused by:
Your failure to renew; inaccurate or inaccessible contact information; failed payment; an unavailable or reserved Domain Name; Registry or Registrar action; a domain dispute; transfer restrictions; unauthorised access caused by compromised Client credentials; DNS configuration managed by You; or Your failure to complete verification or act on a notice.
Fludnox does not guarantee that a Domain Name will remain available, retain commercial value, avoid legal challenge, rank in search engines, maintain email reputation or continue to meet future eligibility rules.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. End of Services #
Termination of a hosting, website, email or managed service does not automatically cancel a separately paid Domain Name registration unless the applicable Order Form expressly links the services or You request cancellation.
Where the Domain Name registration remains valid and paid, Fludnox may continue providing limited registration administration until expiry, transfer or separate termination.
You are responsible for requesting any transfer, updating nameservers, obtaining necessary authorisation codes and completing migration before related technical services end.
Cancellation of a Domain Name is normally irreversible once processed and may make the name available for registration by another person. Fludnox may require express written confirmation and identity verification before submitting a cancellation request.
20. Support and Notices #
Operational requests concerning registration, renewal, transfer, DNS or Domain Name management must be submitted to support-fludnox@shared-services.co or through the authenticated Fludnox support channel.
Billing and renewal-payment enquiries may be submitted to accounts@shared-services.co.
Formal contractual and legal notices must be sent to legal@xdemor.com.
Privacy matters concerning processing carried out by The Xdemór Group Limited may be submitted to privacy@xdemor.com.
A support ticket, account message or technical request does not constitute a formal legal notice unless Fludnox expressly confirms otherwise.
21. Changes to this Agreement #
Fludnox may amend this Agreement to reflect changes in law, Registry or Registrar policies, ICANN or Nominet requirements, technology, security risks, pricing structures or the Services.
Except where an urgent exception applies, Fludnox will provide reasonable notice before a material amendment takes effect.
A shorter period or immediate amendment may apply where required by law, a Registry, Registrar, competent authority, security incident, abuse-prevention requirement or urgent change to the applicable domain namespace.
Changes to mandatory Registry, Registrar or dispute-resolution rules may apply from the date specified by the organisation responsible for those rules, regardless of whether Fludnox can provide the ordinary notice period.
22. Governing Law and Related Documents #
This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between You and The Xdemór Group Limited, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction, Registry procedure, Registrar procedure or domain dispute-resolution process that applies independently to the Domain Name.
This Agreement operates together with the contractual documents published through the Shared Services Policy Portal at https://policies.shared-services.co/, including the Shared Services Terms of Service, Shared Services Privacy Policy, Fludnox Hosting and Infrastructure Policy, Fludnox Hosting Acceptable Use Policy, Fludnox Abuse and Content Complaint Procedure and the applicable Order Form or Individual Agreement.
